Credit card payment is required for all online orders. All transactions are processed manually at our store, after your order is checked for accuracy. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "Pasteur's Sports".

The majority of EMS orders can be shipped via USPS Priority for only $6 (depending on the weight and size of all items). Most orders will ship out within 3 business days, but depending on sizes and availability, it make take a week for your order to ship. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days to arrive once shipped. Please plan accordingly, and place your order as early as possible to ensure you receive it before classes begin. 

When ordering online, you may choose to pick up your order at Pasteur Sports when it is completed. This is free. Please do not come to pick up your order until you have been emailed and/or called letting you know that it is ready. Most orders are ready within a 1-2 days, but depending on stock and availability of specific sizes, it may take a week (or longer if we need to special order a size).

We're located two doors down from Sonny's BBQ and across the street from Honda of Ocala. 

Items that are unused, unwashed and still have tags may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. Items returned without a receipt may only be exchanged or given store credit. Items that have been used, had tags removed, or are otherwise altered, cannot be returned. 
(please note that special ordered sizes not typically carried in stock may be subject to a 15% restocking fee)
